I don’t normally write reviews but This is one of the best business’s for honesty and amazing service at even better pricesCan’t recommend enoughI got there today to get my stereo sub and amp fixed because someone else installed it dodgy, Rag sorted it all and even re-wired it because he said he didn’t like the wire they used, to me that shows reliability and true honesty.Highly recommend

I have purchased a new car so wanted my dash cam front & rear removed from my existing car.Went into the store sat down to wait while cameras removed.Not long after the guy said “all done good to go”.I said I haven’t paid yet he said all good didn’t take long.Now that’s service.Thank you

We went to Car Sounds as our car radio had been deteriorating for a while. Raj gave us the best options and then to our surprise installed it there and then. Great service and we now have better facilities in our car.

Raj at Car Sounds with his employees are great at their job. We bought and had them install dash cam, UHF, caravan camera cables replaced. A great job and good prices and excellent before and after service. We will be going to Car Sounds at Joondalup for years to come.

bought a head unit for my car, had a look at installing ourselves but there was a dodgy plug and the wiring was all over the place. we made them aware of this and they quotes us a price. we followed through and all went well, we picked up the car and it was all good for about a day when the subwoofer started cutting in and out. we called them and made them aware its most likely loose wiring as its cutting in and out over bumps so they said they will have a look and if its on the back of the head unit they will fix it for free as thats where they were working on it, we even offered them more to fix it if it wasnt on the back of the headunit. we took it back and they reset my amp and then not even a 30 minute drive later the sub woofer was doing the same thing. we took the car elsewhere to be looked at and they said it was a faulty plug on the back headunit which they installed and were meant to fix the first time. i dont believe they even looked at as it was an obvious fix. not only this after picking my car the first time there was solder in my carpet and on my centre console but we decided not to mention as if the headunit was working i was happy. we went and spoke to them after getting it fixed elsewhere and they were very rude and dismissive, bluntly saying “it wasnt their problem”would highly recommend audio image for any head unit fixes or installations
